A grey blue washed image of a bearded young ish white guy looking into the mirror all serious with his palm pressed against it. A serif font title reads: DID I JUST ARGUE WITH A JOKE? A semi opaque navy snoot near the bottom bears the bluesky logo and the text PART OF A BLUESKY EDUCATIONAL SERIES
Granted, this is all stuff currently unreleased and still in development, but there's *zero* documentation. Just assumes you know how this works. No attempt to provide it.
Buddy, SNI with emulators is practically plug and play, quite the whiplash when trying to do it with bespoke hardware!
I tried messing with the SNI USB UART mode getting added into MiSTer and the SNES core (adds UDB2SNES support!), but of course all the information I can find on actually *using* it is snippets from some discord
once again begging people not to use discord as a sole source of information dispersal!
bluesky has quite possibly the largest population of people that desperately need to go outside, touch grass and talk to actual human beings for the sake of their mental well being

You'll get it but you need to watch the slide a dozen times and friends, it is worth it

when Uma In America comes on the workout playlist you KNOW I'm about to lock THE FUCK in
My boss just wants me to investigate what's available, what's worth potentially putting money into, best practices, etc. No interest in monitoring prompt metrics.
However, the university is doing a github copilot pilot that we're getting into and I'll be able to guide policies and practices from it
The shit that sucks is that at work, saying no is going to become increasingly unacceptable, so I'd rather Know Thine Enemy and instead work myself into positions where I can help guide policy to help mitigate the negatives, and explore where it could be useful (in a development context.)
The thing with fancy auto completion? You don't need data centers running 24/7 at megawatts for that. You don't need subscriptions and charging for usage time.
The models that are good for that can run on almost any device, even your smartphone, only run when needed, and no data ever needs to leave
And man, it's best use I've found is just fancy, large context auto completion.
I should write up my experience just trying to write shell scripts with it. I have no idea how people are getting whole projects out of this shit.
Not to out myself, but I've been messing with running "AI" LLMs locally on my system. I'm not shoveling data off to OpenAI/Anthropic, my restrictions/limits are my hardware, not how much I'm willing to open my wallet. Energy used to train isn't offset, but I'm not running it 24/7, just on demand

Okay so you might see this video with the audio muted. Now imagine how the music must sound like. I urge you to unmute and listen to what it's actually like because I guarantee you you're not prepared for it.
A guy asking ChatGPT to review a series of fart sound effects and getting a serious kiss ass response that calls it atmospheric
I can't stop laughing at this post. It's perfect.
This website is so good. It's amazing
iran probably don't know it but they could get trump to completely throw israel under the bus forever in exchange for a golden statuette with 'strait of hormuz winner' written on it
sure didn't expect to see this on JP news.
doing literally anything else, at all, is better than constantly doomscrolling
touch grass, go to the gym, mow the lawn, play a video game, whatever. all more productive than scrolling some feed
