after thinking further and trying to remember, i think what i had noticed wasn't the same effect - on modo it was MORE likely that packs had power together, which would result in them being spread out amongst the players more. just anecdotally felt that way.

sure its a different collation, but theres certainly an effect on modo limiting power to some degree

the modo cube definitely always had this effect as well. i don't believe they ever admitted to it, but there is definitely something in place in collation to ensure the most powerful cards are spread out in the packs.

They don’t drop spoilers/teasers/etc of the next actual Magic set on the release of a UB product, but it’s happened multiple times in reverse. It’s sad and frustrating and I hate that Hasbro has turned Magic into this.
