Silverblade and his trusty sidekick Lockheed!
Poster for cat adoption of three kittens
We've been fostering this trio and they are amazing kitties. They're so energetic, inquisitive, and sweet. They get along so well and we'd love to see them stay together when they get to their forever home. If you're interested contact @safewithusanimalrescue #catadoption #fosterkittens
Information about a cat that can be adopted from Safe With Us animal rescue
Eleanor is a wonderful older cat and I love her so much but she is still looking for a forever home, with less cats. If interested please contact Safe With Us Animal Rescue – A non profit animal rescue organization share.google/UDaVgNtgZeCE...
Happy snow day in the northeast! Why not kick back and listen to a podcast instead of shoveling. I was a guest on @docstrange.bsky.social show and we discussed the wild Silverblade #2.
And a killer duck! (sort of) 😜
Mail Call: I picked this up directly from Two Morrows, can't wait to read it!

Had fun building and detailing some Transformers Blokees this week.
Starting off November and #warcomicsmonth with coffee and The Ballon Buster!
I grew to really like Gerry Taloc's art when I was guesting on @docstrange.bsky.social podcast talking about #phantomstanger. It was a treat to come across a story he did in Ghosts. #horrorcomicsmonth
Starting to read Groo The Wanderer #7 for #fantasycomicsmonth when low and behold, look who signed it 40 years ago!
Went to an amazing warehouse sale filled with comics in RI today. There was so much I couldn't look at it all but I did find lots of great comics.
Tony must have been watching the Smurfs with me and took a page out of Azreal's playbook because he was very interested in Smurf Castle this morning. #smurfs #playschool
My copy of my brother's novel arrived today and I can't wait to read it. #zombiefiction @oddityprodigy.bsky.social @shoutingstreet.bsky.social
Wrapping up #Westerncomicsmonth with an issue of All-Star Western. Two stories including the origin of El Diablo!
Ms Eleanor got a new bed today and is very happy with it.
I was bagging and boarding treasury editions tonight and this back cover to Limited Collectors edition C-46 just fills me with happiness.
Tony is ready for a cookout!
Smudge and her sister Splash have been with us for a couple of weeks and they are having a great time, but they want to get to their forever home. They are 6 mths old & very playful. Splash is shyer than her sister but she does love attention once she gets comfortable.
@safewithusanimalrescue.
More comics for #crimecomicsmonth I read a Ms Tree collection, and it was excellent. @relativelygeeky.bsky.social turned me on to this character & series on his podcast. I've found it difficult to track down issues in the bins so it was nice when Titan released these collected editions.
I actually wrote something for #crimecomicsmonth. comicscomicscomics.blog/2025/05/22/d...
My brother wrote a novel and it is being published by his wonderful group of artists and creators @oddityprodigy.bsky.social The Change - A Novel on Kickstarter www.kickstarter.com/projects/odd...
Is Archie cover gag from 1978 or 2025? You be the judge. #humorcomicsmonth
For #humorcomicsmonth I read a few issues of Alf. Thought this was a great gag. #ALF #oldcomics
Once again I join @BiLLYd_licious on his podcast to talk about the Phantom Stranger and the Spawn of Frankenstein. Check it out here 👇

Here is another fun comic I've read this month for #romancecomicsmonth. Teen Confessions #69 1971 Charlton comics. The stories were fun, the best one being the cover Story Awakening. I love the logo and colors used on this cover.
Cover of first love comic, woman in red sweater and black and white striped blouse, contemplating which man to chose.
This issue of First Love - #77 - Harvey comics, 1957 is one of the better #romancecomicsmonth comics that I've read this month. The stories had real depth and were not boiler plate will she or won't she basic stories. The sexism and misogyny was also dialed back a bit.
From Beyond The Unknown, a great issue of sci-fi reprints including stories about psychic apes keeping humans as pets, and a being 150 million years old using a brontosaurus brain to try and take over the world. #scificomicsmonth
