Finally finished Baldurs Gate 3 ;_;

First 5e session back yesterday running Raiders of the Serpent Sea

2 hours of character creation and choices and an hour of playing and I’m still surprised all 7 of em survived the hour with how stupidly they were playing

I’ve missed regular games

She’s cool though ;_;

I nearly did it earlier today then a mage critted her with guiding bolt I think it was

I’d also like Jaheira to stop being a silly C U Next Tuesday and running head first into battle when she’s not a companion yet as I want to stop save scumming from her dying 🥲

To follow this up

- pretty sure I’ve twigged to the shadowheart story now after *that* Act2 bit

- I’m pretty sure my Gale is gonna be a silly lil guy and do something silly… he sat me down and I tried to speak to him and he just said “if someone else said that I’d be happy but we’re not close”

Got to play Ars Magica tonight and it’s super fun but strange system to wrap your head around.

The magic system is super cool though and the fact you can spend a whole session literally just researching and nothing else is wild

Progress report on most of my ttrpg projects

80s horror one-shot: sitting at about 20 pages, about 90% of 1st draft done (art attached)

Weird-West campaign setting: about 35% done on 1st draft. Heavily in research mode rn.

Bug kingdom: less than 10%, still mainly an idea with some notes

these are current ideas stewing in my brain for campaigns / one shots I’m making

- 5e Weird west campaign setting
- a 5e modern conversion for a demon infested mall one shot
- campaign in Zygentia, an insect kingdom.

Currently all 5e but will be changing as I get more comfy with other systems

I believe the creator for Apothacaria gives community copies for people who can’t afford but the PDF is only like $13 too? Unsure how hard a physical could be to get a hold of
