I can’t give much info on a Dexcom setup because I’ve never used their CGM.

I also have the option of running LibreLinkUp. The cheap Lenovo tablet was $89. I also have a similar setup using an old iPhone on my treadmill.

The second option is a cheap android tablet with a pined app. This is the direction I went. I’ve been burned before on bespoke devices. I’m running Gluroo’s heads up display.

The bespoke device is Sugar Dash. It interfaces with Dexcom and Freestyle Libre CGMs. It relies on Dexcom’s Share system or Libre LinkUp for its data. The one benefit over the tablet is it looks like this will support multiple users.
