No real partnerships, no real investment in prevention.
Keeping us safe is a govt responsibility.
By ignoring findings and directives, if harm results again, govt and Corrections should be culpable

Years of them.
No consistent pathway.
No sustained, community-linked intervention.
We knew this needed to change and advocated for it for years.

Expected to play a role, but kept at arm’s length.
That’s not partnership.
That’s setting everyone up to fail.

As a lawyer from the USA, I practiced in the tort space and these are all doable and realtively easy to implement. Moderation and monitoring of their products and services should be standard as any other business.
