Amstrats prevail, once again!
In a little over two weeks, I'm returning to my first and favorite souls game ever with a little randomizer for Game On! To End Lupus! Replaying this game is like riding a bike except there are no wheels and rocks everywhere. It's going to be great!
Thomas Jane and Clifton Collins Jr. as the vegan police in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World. Cops with hemp accoutrements, pointing glowing green fingers instead of guns.
A drawing of a Muppet-y Cloud Strife riding on a Big-Bird-like chocobo.
From this day in 2021: My nephews were curious about Final Fantasy after seeing a Moogle I drew and I described Chocobos as looking "kind of like Big Bird" so then I had to draw it.
Always glad to see your work, old or new.
As far as I know there is literally no reason for this, it is just an incredibly lucky coincidence that we get to enjoy for free
something that wrinkles my brain every time I remember it is the fact that total eclipses are only possible on earth because the moon and sun appear to be the same size in our sky, due to the insanely, astronomically unlikely fluke that the moon is 400x smaller than the sun but 400x closer to us.
A couple of good friends got me into playing a game called Once Human and all the character outfits are like this. It's absolutely infuriating, ha ha.
Is there a name for this eclectic style? I see it here and there and I'm always bewildered by it.

Yeah, I am absolutely furious and devastated for you.
Been listening to these just as solid work jams....but also thinking about how to fit one or two of these into my dev work :D
Pick these up and support @moonana.bsky.social and the team!
“Studies suggest youths are more empathetic and less narcissistic than in the past, as well as more open-minded and inclusive. Drug use is down, youth violence has dropped and teen pregnancies have declined.” It’s almost like panic abt kids’ wellbeing serve existing adult demands for control.
The famous Andor line is that "tyranny requires constant effort. It breaks, it leaks. Authority is brittle." Here is a perfect example of that through malicious compliance: Idaho forced the city of Boise to remove its Pride flags. So the city painted rainbows everywhere else.
just to be clear, everyone, when 8 pm EDT comes and goes, regardless of what does or does not happen, the president still threatened genocide and war crimes and we should still impeach, arrest, and try him
For what it's worth, I find what you share on here pretty wholesome and uplifting. Both the words and the art.
Okay let’s do a distraction for both you and me. I love anime and I truly believe there is an anime for everyone. If you haven’t been able to get into anime, tell me a little bit about the books and movies and tv you like, and I’ll recommend you an anime. Interaction settings open.
I really like recommending Moribito, Guardian of the Spirit to people. Good action, but mostly bloodless. It's got a little magic and a spiritual touch, but very grounded. So much of the overall arc is everyone sitting down and sharing information, and then people excelling at their competencies.
Yay Miga!

Definitely coming back here when I unlock bombs.
I hate it when I do that. It's the worst feeling.
Waffles are our Sunday ritual. For all kinds of reasons, it persists into years, becoming part of our pleasant rhythm. Three days in Denver, I had fun, but couldn't wait to get home. 🧔♂️👧👦🐶

A pencil sketch of two goblins jousting while loads of goblins cheer from the stands. One goblin has been knocked off his derpy pig, the wind knocked out of him by a lance with a bouncy mushroom tied to the end. The winning goblin's pig glares at the opposing piggy with disdain as he zooms past.
Pencil sketch of a cute goblin with a small sword and a crook staff with a lantern hanging on the end. The goblin is delving in a dungeon, walking on a brickwork walkway. A scary bug monster lurks in an archway below the goblin's feet, about to ambush the unwitting adventurer.
A complex pencil sketch of a bunch of goblins and a pig dressed up as the characters from the original Dungeons & Dragons cartoon show. Stylized text reads "Grungeons & Gerblins"!
I like drawing cute goblins.
All of these are Sketchathon commissions. Going live with another Sketchathon now! twitch.tv/stevesketches
