This was an experiment, based on stuff in the fridge I needed to use up. EXPERIMENT WAS A SUCCESS!!! Holy hell, this was good. Cold-smoked salmon, blueberries and blue cheese, basil and fresh ground pepper. All organic. All locally sourced. ALL GONE, because it was too delicious.
