I've only read the Darker Shade of Magic series and The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, but would recommend both. DSoM was my fav out of those
Oooh it sounds good and I like VE Schwab too, so that's a good sign! Added it to my TBR lista

I'm afraid I've not watched it yet - I pin things to read/watch later!
Yes I did :)
For reference, it's the final ep (S2 E5), if you wanted to know
Yeah I can imagine that it's a different watch for someone whose experience is more similar... but then I guess you and those with similar experiences don't need to watch it for the same reasons. Not watched Subnormal
Thanks, I'll look out for that one too!
Just finished series 1, so will be starting series 2 shortly!

Just watching Alma's Not Normal. Every psychologist, social worker and other related professional should watch at least one episode (S1 E5) - powerful message about the language we use to describe young people, what has happened to them and their future #BlueskyEPs #edpsychs

Very powerful article written by one of my former colleagues
Delivered some training on introducing supervision as a form of support in schools to a small group of staff from different schools today. Hopefully the start of change in some settings #edpsych
Ideas to support ‘mental health’ are often based on the that it is something completely internal and ‘within’ a person only. Yet, the reality is that we don’t exist separately from a context around us and our experiences of that. We can’t separate ourselves from this. They shape things for us. 1/4
Loving the fact that my timeline keeps getting longer on here as more people join. Now if they could make bookmarking easier that would make a huge difference!
Had a wonderful time at the #AEPconference but there were so many amazing sounding workshops I couldn't attend, and so many colleagues there wasn't time to connect with! #EdPsychs
Me!
What about a lap pad or some kind of soft belt around his tummy?
