Young people aged 16–24 with lived experience of self-harm are invited to take part in co-design workshops to help shape a research method using Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA) to study the link between sleep and self-harm.
What is involved: Workshops with discussions, creative activities, and feedback. Follow-up sessions to provide further input.
Benefits: Research experience, skill development, certificate of participation, and contribution to mental health research.
Eligibility: Aged 16–24, lived experience of self-harm, and UK-based.
