It's #MemeMonday again!! So we want to know: are you more #GoodKuchiKopi or #BadKuchiKopi? While we hope and aspire to always use open file formats, sometimes those proprietary formats (looking at you Excel) find their way to us...

I was thinking about this yesterday when I caught up on reading. There’s def some kind of plot but I felt like it was less of a traditional structure and more of a slice of life, this is what the war was like type of story. We’ll see!

a two panel meme

panel 1 - geordi signalling 'no' with the text data centres and images of data centres

Panel 2 - geordi signalling 'yes' with the text "data centaurs" and a crudely edited image of the character data from star trek pasted on top of a centaur

do you ever wake up at 3am and think "shit that's a good idea, I better write that down so I can share it later on"

I felt bad for him, and thought it seemed weird, that he has to live in the tent so far out in the woods. But he seems to like it for the most part. I also didn't register that the officers and offices were in a fancier building, I had been picturing them all in military tents all this time.

30 years ago today, Principal Skinner purchased fast food to disguise as his own cooking at an unforgettable luncheon with Superintendent Chalmers.

Painting of a princess in a long red gown and a hennin headdress. She sits on a rock in a sandy landscape, with what looks like a strip of sea in the distance. The skeletal remains of an animal is partly visible on the bottom right of the scene, a vulture hovers over it while another flies a little higher up. Two more birds make vague shapes in the distance.

Totally agree! Also the overall repetition in all the conversations.

Thinking about the perception of time in these chapters, since he talked about the soldier in white at the start of the book. I was like wait, didn’t I already read this?

Humanity did that. Science did that. Publicly-funded research did that. Excellent universities did that. Diversity did that. International cooperation did that.

Artemis II is a perfect example of what we can do at our best.

Welcome home, Integrity crew!

I've been doing a lot of Mad Libs with my son lately, and I thought it would be fun to put one together with a data management theme.

You can complete your own here: cghlewis.github.io/data_mgmt_ma...

Yeah, I made the mistake of trying to do my reading after dinner last night. I got through it but I was like woof, hell of a day to be reading this.

Very good video that adds some important context to the Supreme Court stuff from yesterday

The Supreme Court did not strike down conversion therapy bans today.

Not nationwide. Not in Colorado. Not anywhere.

Here's what actually happened in Chiles v. Salazar—and why the coverage you're seeing serves the conservative legal movement more than it serves you.

The alt text on this really enhances the story.

I did wonder about age differences. Again a place where my illustrations were confusing, Pip’s sister looked at lot older than she probably was. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out how old Joe was and the gap between him and Pip.
