i think this came out okay, im surprised @aisler.net let me exceed their capabilities

I spent three days trying to figure out why my STM32 did not boot, only to discover that I forgot to disable the clocks I weren't using.

@aisler.net are there any plans to support the Norwegian VOEC system in the near future? Right now I end up paying import fees that make your boards comparable in cost to the Chinese board houses that already support VOEC.
