Today we have been posting about a recent LAT decision - S. Melani vs. Tarion. No homeowner should have to go through what S. Melani went through to have her claim accepted by Tarion.

Is it any wonder that most don't bother with Tarion or give up part way through?

This LAT decision highlights MANY operational problems with Tarion - strongly suggesting management problems.

These issues are not restricted to the Merani decision. CPBH volunteers hear about them regularly.

Tarion seems anxious to close files.
