well uhm.. ik that its very likely stress but doctors cant do anything to fix that cuz its my ADHD overstimulation that makes me stressed and well, i cant turn that off even tho i want to yk
i already got an appointment to get my adhd diagnosis but... its in october and its only the start of it.. 💀
yeah already got melatonin but rn it doesnt do anything, before that it kinda worked but rn nothing really works apparently
