Willow chuckled and took a bite of her food. "Oh that's so good. Better than sex." She said with a mouthful.
"Gossip? Not really. I can never stay in one place long enough to get wind of anything worth remembering. Humans have such petty little lives."

"I don't know" Willow pondered. "The humans seem to keep them next to their waste disposals like trophies, or perhaps to help blast away any blockages caused by their poor diets. Perhaps we should analyze it..."

"Hey," Willow smiled, glad that she hadn't missed her peer. "Glad I caught you before you vanished." She accepted the bag with a bright smile. "Do you want to join me?" Truth be told she was feeling a little lonely and company would be greatly appreciated.

"Oh, how rude of me. Sorry! I'm Willow and I don't actually know exactly where I am? Stuck somewhere in time and space but I can briefly meet you somewhere if you like? I say briefly because I'll get pulled back to my tether point after a while."

Knowing that was a jab at her height, Willow snorted in amusement. "Prove it then and catch your ship. If your legs can move as fast as your mouth then you should have no troubles!"

Looking at the bag of take out, Willow smiles gratefully. "Persis?" She asks, hoping the other is still around. She knows who she is, but she can't remember how long they've known each other or how they met but she is glad to have her in her life.

Every now and then Persis wonders whether @restlessanchor.bsky.social remembers her, but most of the time she is positively optimistic she doesn't...

She does however leave the occasional consolation takeout near her TARDIS.
