In my day, a lot attended bc it was the only college they could get into or daddy went there. The alumni association carries tremendous power here in SC. Their PR material actually listed that College of Charleston had a 13 to 1 female to male ratio back then.

Hey @vinceable11.bsky.social, I had to quote since I can’t reply. Only abt 1/3 the Citadel grads serve in the military. It’s actually a super easy school to get into (rolling admissions and like a 98% acceptance rate) so it’s really not all that and a bag of chips.

She really is! So well-spoken and understands what it’s like to be in a classroom as well as an administrator!
