Everyone is high minded about housing until the public meeting when the neighbors show up to oppose everything and the pols run for the hills.

Still remarkable to me that the Gov didn’t have the CEO’s cell phone and had never met the guy. We only have a few big companies in RI. It’s not hard to know them! It’s a big part of the Gov’s job.
