I need people to know that the photos of colourful moon are not from Artemis II. They were made by a Ukrainian photographer, who enhanced the colours of the moon's surface to represent its mineral composition.
I can't stand to see an individual work be misattributed and misrepresented like this.

I don't like art styles being boiled down to "a trend" for people to leap on. I don't like when an artist puts out something genuinely creative and interesting that I've never seen before and all of a sudden there are 30+ people with the same thing the literal next week.
the trend chasing in artist spaces lately has felt extremely depressing & makes me lose faith in other people.
it's already exhausting to keep up with being clever/skilled/ innovative in late stage capitalism, but peers waiting to immediately flip your work the second it earns traction stings.
I'm going to say it a little more harsh. If you do this you are telling everyone that you not only hate your job but that you aren't qualified for it.
There is nothing that necessitates you to rip off your peers. There's also no requirement for you to make something novel at all! >>
