Omg that’s one of my favorite docs ever!! The cut from the Icelandic prof saying, “But that’s just what happened in New York, right?” to Peter Gabriel’s “Big Time” slaps SO hard every time. And I’ve never seen a doc interviewer push back on his interviewee’s BS like Ferguson does in the latter half

Oh wow! The lockdown started hours ago and they JUST caught the guy in an arroyo. Guess I’ll get my groceries after all, since I still hadn’t managed to cancel or reschedule them 🙃

It just feels like such a parody when a helicopter passes overhead as the Walmart menu “AI” tells me over and over that I can’t proceed until I describe my problem (“I can connect you to a service associate, but I’ll need a few details first!”) until I finally go, “Active. Shooter.”

We’re locked down and safe. The shooter seems to be trapped on a roof a couple blocks away.

Active shooter in our area with helicopters overhead and 40 cop cars blocking traffic, and I keep hitting dead ends on the Walmart phone tree trying to cancel my groceries so the prospective delivery driver won’t barrel straight into a police barricade. Typical American Thursday I guess

I was feeling frisky, so I designed a couple of these bunnies after pride flags!

Man…I can listen to other bands with members who’ve died and not get emotional, but there’s something about Frightened Rabbit in particular…I don’t know. Their work is just so haunting.

Disability, fatigue, and chronic pain have slowed me down a lot over the last couple of years, but I'm proud how far I've come. 💛 I've done bts art for Clouded Moon as well, but here's some of the pieces I'm particularly proud of for the year. Remember to celebrate your achievements!

I think it was worth it!! Or at least I had fun making them lol (I made a more “serious” one and a silly one to insert into my YouTube videos as an ad break). I have no idea how many people skipped ‘em when they came on, but I got a couple comments about them that made me really happy!

I put out a few book trailers/promos on YT and other socials, but unfortunately I didn't have time to do much else! My friend's friend bought a marketing package of some kind and IIRC they didn't regret the purchase. It's frustrating that marketing is kinda almost entirely up to us these days OTL
