Never fight a hero who is good with a bat...well never fight a hero it's easier.

The problem with these cowardly little civilians is that they tend to run away when you try to catch them... They also tend to have stupid ideas about how to fight. The kind of ideas that can surprise even the most confident of henchwomen.

Ok so they might not have reinforcement but 5 zako is enough for 2 heroes...well 1 hero and 1 civilian....right...right?
