This past quarter has been markedly bad both for known impacted headcount, and known waves (57% without headcount!)

I covered MMA professionally for more than five years and I can speak to his MMA credentials in context, though not any of his statements about his background. He fought in an promotion that features up-and-coming fighters in their first career bouts, usually against what we call tomato cans.
I'm lucky enough to still have a job and to be able to employ a lot of talented people but its really tough. We spend a lot of time making these things and putting our heart and soul into them and they never see the light of day.
