So... what blackmail does Israel have on Fetterman, do you think?
I'm betting an affair.

Imagine Obama or Biden doing this while we were in the middle of a war.
I love the look of Maul: Shadow Lord. The gritty, almost broken look of the characters like Maul (in terms of rough looking faces in terms of texture) compared to the bright neon lights of the city gives it such a Blade Runner look
Hasbro's black Series should introduce a series of figures that come with multiple alien heads and hands that can be swapped on the body. Pack One could be Jedi, Pack Two could be Bounty Hunters, Pack Three Rebels.
Allow for fans to be able to bulk up their displays.
I read that as "crime solving duros" and realized we just cast one character.
But yeah, a law show set during the empire would be fun
Give it the vibe of that DS9 episode where Odo had to solve crimes in a corrupt world
My pitch for a Star Wars show: a Secret Six style series where a group of lesser bounty hunters have to team up together.
Before you compare Jabba the Hutt to Trump I would remind you that Jabba was successful in his business and his dancing girls were of legal age.
Why is it that every crime solving show thinks the thing audiences want are recurring serial killer characters with plot armor?
We watch these shows for fun escapism. Not to watch the characters be tortured by a psycho.
Its pretty scary that the same people that are ringing the alarm bells about MAGA and its cultish love for Trump turn around and act the same way about a celeb.
I don't care if they are good in a movie or sing a song you like: if you think they can do no wrong you are no better than MAGA
Where is my Star Wars Black Series St. Patrick's Day figure which is just Kit Fisto getting drunk in a green tunic?
So you know how Hasbro has done in the past different heads for GI Joe figures to allow for custom troop building?
Let's do that for Jedi.
Several alien heads. That way people can bulk up the ranks of the knights.
I keep asking "What major free agency signing did the Seahawks make last year?"
NO ONE thought Sam was a brilliant choice.
Detroit fans get misty-eyed over players and never want to try something new. Ever.
You don't remember that scene in the Bible where Christ met up with the anthro fox girl with HH breasts?
Over on the hellsite someone is trying to argue that we need to, drumroll please... hire cheaper foreign workers to get prices down.
Why am I only finding out NOW that the Ewoks had a Civil War?
And its CANON to the #StarWars timeline?
Yes but when he was named in the Cyberstein List the Harpie Queen had him remove his title.
Let's play a game!
Which Anime Villains are better planners than Donald Trump?
I'll start.
Marik Ishtar.
"How egotistical are you?"
Well, not only did I make an entire multiverse about variants of me but tricked my friends into building it up
My pitch for Season 2 of Obi Wan Kenobi: Commander Cody finds Obi Wan and the two go on one final mission: to activate the shut off code for the chips. Doesn't matter if most of the Stormtroopers aren't clones anymore. Obi Wan will save the ones he can.
#StarWars
Hell, let's ignore the right wing dog whistles... this film just looks BAD. There was only a single joke that was funny in the trailer ("Why only half-gay?") and it has a "Meet the Spartans" feel of "we just throw everything at the screen and pray it sticks"
And Dan is such a sane, rational, collected human being... that he blocks me after I point out that he is treating someone with Tourettes like they are a mindless infant.
I so do love shining knights who can't handle pushback and reveal they are bigots.
But he can't do that. Go read his statement. He can't even type "My actions hurt you". Can't show an ounce of empathy.
And those that go "He shouldn't have to!" infantalize him. Put him on the level of a 1 year old.
No one is saying "Arrest him! String him up!"
Apologize.
That's literally it.
Yeah... because its called a metaphor. You do know what that means?
John isn't 'a car'. He is the driver. And more than that... in this metaphor he knows the brakes are bad. He can't fix the brakes but he should do what he can to mitigate and then, if an accident happens, apologize.
"I am sorry"
Love how you keep brushing aside the fact that he caused harm. it doesn't matter if he didn't mean to. He. Caused. Harm.
So if someone in a wheelchair runs over a person's foot... they don't say sorry?
"Empathize with him! But don't empathize with others!"
Well, that's incredibly insulting to say that he is a mindless vehicle.
And no one is saying to condemn him. They are saying he should apologize. Instead people like you are acting like the pain others feel means NOTHING because Davidson has felt pain.
"I am sorry."
So simply.
Ding. Ding. Ding.
Exactly right. And its so weird seeing people who claim to be nothing like him... acting just like him.
"He can't control it."
Of course. Understandable. So let's say that it is faulty brakes. I literally can not control my car.
I would still be investigated. And more than that I would still feel terrible. And I would still apologize.
So why can't Davidson (who has not issued a public apology yet)
I want to join in and ask a question. Apologizes, Captain, but your discussion is the best for this.
If I run someone over with my car... but it was not intended... it is still manslaughter.
I did something wrong. I can't go "I didn't mean too."
Why then can't Davidson simply go "Sorry"?
That to me tells me more about them, and society, than anything else.
The fallout with Davidson and the BBC would have been a blip had both just said, "We are sorry. I want to explain what happened but we are sorry. Truly."
But they won't. Pride won't let them. Excuses. Playing victim. That's all
Too many people see it as "surrender". It isn't. It is empathy. It is understanding. It isn't a chance to grow and educate. It is "I lost, you won."
It was to the point that the person I was debating didn't even apologize for the insults. They simply COULDN'T. Because it was "admitting defeat"
