In truth, this is an etching of Teresa of Avila (1515-82), religious reformer of the Carmelite Order, in an engraving by Capuz. A nun, in a sunbeam, looks heavenward as she writes in a book. The words "naked lesbian nuns..." have been badly photoshopped into to book's interior.
Apparently, even when the book's out, you have to keep promoing it! 🤦♀️
