Over the break I decided to give BattleTech a try. I remember playing it 30+ years ago. I’m enjoying it. There’s something really addictive about tracking damage at that scale. I don’t enjoy the overall war theme but find the mech gladiator arena fights really fun.

The rest of the pursuit lance was already posted in the past, so we're jumping to the Striker Lance with Lieutenant Sonja Hinchcliff's T-Bolt.

Not technically the right variant, but who cares?

Got my first #Battletech game in yesterday, triple threat. We rolled Focal Point. I had the Thud with the AC/20. It was a fun game, the AC/20 headcapping 2 'Mechs, before his LRM Ammo went up. Ultimately it was a draw, but loads of fun. We also were reminding that taking damage underwater is bad.

The Summoner (H variant) from the new ACES box set is pretty darn cool looking.

Sticking out like a sore thumb, Warlockami bucked the trend this week by painting a Clan Sea Fox mug! That would probably cost a fair few Sea-Bills on the open market!
