When I was a kid I had a doctor prescribe Indian food for an ear infection and ever since then I do the same! Spicy foods + neti pot is an awesome combo to get gunk out and get better faster. Plus it feels good and you can actually taste it!

WWE, not the performers, has been a trick they have used for a while now. It's terrible for the fans, but it's good for the company. When no performer is a bigger star than the org, they can lose people and not care so much about it. But who wants to cheer for a *company*? I don't.

Went to the MLW show in Charleston last night. Pretty good show! A few things I would change (mostly to make the wrestlers visible & audible to the crowd when they cut promos), but solid action all around from a talented crew, and a well-run show.

Only TWO things on @bandcamp.com this Friday that caught my ear, and one is a pre-order? This is getting so bad.

We didn't have any here for a while (Charleston SC area), but MLW that just moved down the street from me a couple of months ago so I'm going to be checking them out.

I *personally* don't care for the style of much of their matches, and I don't like most of the characters on the show. It's just not for me. Not sure why that's an opinion that needs to be attacked or defended.

There REALLY are. A million indies now doing well, all with their own style. But I *do* understand why WWE vs AEW specifically has become a political (literally) discussion and if someone wants to frame their decision in that lens I get that too.

Yuuuup. I gave up WWE in 2019 basically for personal reasons, I tried AEW a few times and it’s not for me, but if people like it (or WWE) I’m glad they had a show they like. I’ve been watching NWA and it’s objectively not great but it scratches my itch and is more to my tastes than AEW.

I wanted to watch that when it was on, my parents told me I was too young for it. I got it on DVD right around the time when my first kid was born and almost 20 years later I still don’t have time to watch stuff 🤦‍♂️😂
