I appreciate the draft link - when you browse through the complexity of these documents, the 1000s of CSS/HTML/JS properties/elements/features, the huge number of edge cases, it's amazing the browsers are now as standardised as they are

It will be interesting if this feature becomes standardised in the future - I never liked using templates/frameworks (I would rather be unique but ugly...rather than generic and boring) and spending hours micro-managing js timing events etc was tedious, especially as a time-limited solo/hobbyist dev
