Only day four so early days, but fingers crossed I find a dose that works long term!!

For the first time in over 10 years, I am once again medicated for ADHD.

I no longer long for the dopamine hit of doomscrolling while I fight my brain to do any task that involves getting up.

It's been a very subtle yet immensely gratifying change that means I feel joy for life again. ✨️
