how can a massive city have 5+ humane societies/shelters and not a single one will take an abandoned animal (not stray/feral) when it's almost hitting 100°F outside

infuriates me that people have the gall to abandon pets /and/ no actual functioning systems exist anywhere for actually getting the animal somewhere to be rehoused safely

I'm begging squenix to just TRY to give even just the NPCs something that seperates their region from another better than just architecture. It makes me so frustrated to see a beautiful setting then NPCs that stick out like badly glammed level 65 players.

The absolute refusal and back-and-forth decision on giving locations region specific clothing. They do unique architecture and beautiful maps and stunning horticulture/wildlife and THEN.... warg set. basic hempen clothing. the same jacket in s9 as someone wore in the crystarium.
