okay I keep seeing AI account follow me when I am CLEARLY anti-ai. Like someone who called themselves a "ai art student" followed me last night, and I blocked them as soon as I looked.

It's still so crazy that in 2024 a huge chunk of bsky's userbase hit a peak of "we're ready to pay subscriptions for bigger features and support the platform, just tell us when it drops 🫡" and then within six months the Bsky team gleefully cut through all that good will with surgical precision

Pretty sure one of the bsky team blocked me just because I shared one of the posts mocking the website situation.

I’ve literally never interacted with em.

to say nothing of how "20% of our userbase dislikes AI" doesn't actually give this thundering dumbass a moments pause about doubling down or it or interrogating why such a comparatively large proportion of people don't like that shit.

also how do the scale of these numbers not give these people more pause. like ok I know it's because they're dumb. but I would maybe think harder about one-click blocking a number of people that's like 20% of the active userbase, especially if I was in some kind of forward facing role

like you don't even have to interact with this guy to have core advertised functionality of the site break all you have to do is mildly disagree with his worldview enough to get added to a troll blocklist lol

i wasn't using it but it is such unserious site things that access to the Quiet Posters feed, which is part of the functionality the site has advertised on official accounts just broke for 300k people because it runs out of the tech advisor's personal account and he's a thin skinned AI baby

It's been nearly a week and my medical center still has not gotten back to me on submitting my confirmed ADHD diagnosis report file to them so they can update my medical records.
I know i am on their system, if i don't hear anything by today, i'm checking back in tomorrow to see what's going on.

I am immensely disappointed that I wasn't put on the AI hater list and blocked by that one Bsky dev. How can I rectify this? I'd consider that to be a badge of honor
