Super appreciate this! My favourite definition of sexual attraction is Angela Chen's -- "the desire to have sex with a specific person for physical reasons". That helped me work out my previous hypersexual phases and that those didn't make me asexual, and I like a good definition 😁

1) museums/collections are VERY resource limited. We can't do it all
2) we rely on external experts in many areas
3) we work to ensure collections are available for *centuries* so some requests aren't compatible with this
