Next, as someone who has lived where the wind hurts your face, being outside in the winter sucks.
Lastly, I think there can be pros to alignment, but we have our own sports culture here, and it's ok to be different.
One sign of leadership is being able to listen and process differing views or feedback you see as criticism. It's a challenging but critical skill for people in leadership roles.
