This is as an absolute abuse/abhorrent treatment post serving “their nation” of military personnel. The lives of those people should be treated as sacred as the lives of ordinary tax paying folk. Billionaires=parasites do this to vets is evil exacting its intended agenda. Billionaires have enough $$

What this illustrates is that once you’re done aiding multi billionaires by militarily clearing out a region (so the billionaire parasites can extract greater personal wealth) they’ll dogun salutes for the dead, and discard the living like they have here. Exploitation of ordinary folk and families🤔

The BBC is quite correct.

RGB false color composite of Titan in 3 different filters: infrared, methane band, and ultraviolet.

Titan's south polar vortex can be seen in the center of this image.

These images were taken on December 16, 2012 and received on Earth December 17, 2012. The camera was pointing toward TITAN at approximately 617,086 miles (993,104 kilometers) away, and the images was taken using the CL1, MT3, CB3 and UV3 filters.

The lower slopes of the northern Ganges Chasma rim. A thick pile of sediment eroded from the steep canyon rim has accumulated along the canyon walls, forming a relatively flat surface that gently slopes towards the center of the canyon. Water flowing out of the narrow rim canyons incised into this plain, forming shallow, terraced valleys. This water may have originated as meltwater during the retreat of glaciers that formerly occupied many of the canyon wall valleys.

This image combines two 40 m/px natural color CRISM hyperspectral images (600 nm, 530 nm, and 440 nm as RGB channels, respectively) with a 5 m/px monochrome CTX image. The CRISM images were collected on February 1, 2010 and June 13, 2007, and the CTX image was collected on December 19, 2013

As sea ice at far northern latitudes approached its annual maximum extent, the Terra satellite captured this natural-color image of sea ice and clouds off of Canada’s Newfoundland and Labrador province. Though sea ice has been significantly below normal extent and thickness across much of the Arctic, the ice in the Labrador Sea has been relatively close to normal.

In this image, acquired on Feb. 18, 2018, the coastline, the sea ice edge, and offshore clouds all present a clear edge to distinguish one from the next. Ice hugs the coast, where it receives the full chilling effect of offshore winds, and the water is shallower and fresher than in the open sea. The swirl patterns on the eastern edges reveal areas where ice is new and has not yet consolidated into a solid sheet, so it is more susceptible to stirring by winds and by ocean eddies.

Two frame mosaic of an unnamed crater located on the rim of the 137 km Shevchenko Crater. This unusual crater hosts several bright, pitted deposits known as "hollows". Although the exact mechanism for the formation of hollows is unknown, it is thought that they result from the sublimation of sulfur within volcanic deposits during the intense daytime heating of Mercury's surface. At peak heating, Mercury's surface can reach temperatures of 430 C.

NGC 6188 is a large emission nebula located some 4000 light years distant in the southern constellation Ara. This giant molecular cloud is being illuminated by the young star cluster NGC 6193 which in this image appears in the upper centre, almost as if suspended above a cloud of dense nebulosity which forms a great wall across the field of view.

The cluster belongs to the Ara OB1 association and is very young, not older than 3 million years, and contains some 30 stars. At the centre of the cluster lies an intensely bright pair of stars; the O-type giants HD 150135 and HD 150136. The latter is in fact itself an extremely close binary with a confirmed third component in an outer eccentric orbit of between 2950 and 5500 days. This triple star system is one of the most massive in our galaxy with the three components containing 64, 40 and 35 solar masses respectively.

The intense radiation from the massive stars is slowly eroding the surrounding gas and dust away, sculpting it into the striking forms seen in this image. Within these clouds new stars are currently being born and in some places have already begun to light up the nebulous clouds from within. The intricately shaped dust and gas provide for a stunning interplay of light and shadow throughout the area and the entire scene is littered with thousands of dimmer stars in a multitude of colours. Especially in the lower part of the image several long shadows can be seen cast by the glo...
