The Trump administration, after shutting down a resettlement program for Afghans who aided U.S. forces, is now negotiating to relocate up to 1,100 of those individuals to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Fair said the group no longer uses paid informants, but pushed back hard on the investigation, saying those informants “risked their lives to infiltrate and inform on the activities of our nation’s most radical and violent extremist groups.”
The SPLC has spent decades tracking hate groups, including the Ku Klux Klan and white supremacist organizations. Republicans have increasingly accused the group of unfairly branding conservative and Christian organizations as extremists.

Trump just posted threatening to knock out every power plant and every bridge in Iran if they don’t take his deal. He called it “the Iran Killing Machine.” Targeting civilian infrastructure isn’t negotiation it’s a war crime threat, posted publicly on social media like it’s nothing.
