Trump Is Said to Be in Talks to Send Afghans Who Aided U.S. Forces to Congo

The Trump administration, after shutting down a resettlement program for Afghans who aided U.S. forces, is now negotiating to relocate up to 1,100 of those individuals to the Democratic Republic of Congo.
