2/ First off, "healthy foods" is a bullshit term we need to get rid of. A PERSON is healthy, and ANY foods can support good heath, depending on how much and in what combinations.

1/ Drives me nuts when the school sends home stuff at the beginning of the school year that says stuff like, "We will have a designated snack time each day. Please send a healthy/protein rich snack like fruit, vegetables, raisins, or crackers".
