As someone who has actually studied bell dance for 24 years, I can tell you these “dancers” failed their 6 week “learn to bellydance” class at their community center. And their costumes are straight outta Temu.

I alternate between anger and sorrow. But it's the anger that will create change, so try to not let the sorrow linger. It's a f'in marathon that is barely started.

Vaccines and fluoridated water.
Don’t tease us with that possibility.
What did he say? I can't hear it on the audio...
It's just over now? At 11 pm. Good lord, that man can ramble about nothing. Did not see a minute of it. You deserve your drink! (and much more)
You can bank on it not being good.
My 17 yr old gal also has dementia. She has been taking Ellevet CBD for a couple of years and really helped with the sundowner symptoms. Hugs to you.
Today marks 1000 consecutive days of using Duolingo to learn Arabic. I obsess about doing something daily- including while on a cruise, camping, or other vacations. #olddognewtrick #duolingo ‘Ana gharib
I take a dance class on Monday nights (zoom)w/ a group of women in Quebec. I'm the only US woman, and while they all learned where I stand on our gov't S*it Show, I still feel like I need to apologize to them. <sigh>

We’ve been going to Geneva Opera at The Smith for a few years as a friend of ours has had leads in the productions. Such a gorgeous theater. I’ve lived in Rochester for decades and really became a fan of the Finger Lakes about 25 yrs ago. We’ve witnessed so many changes, mostly positive.
It’s all so special. Plans for 2025?
I haven't found many yet.... I keep looking though.
Their winery is beautiful, along with so many in the whole region. I am fortunate to live only an hour or so away from such wonderful-ness. :)
There isn't enough time to condemn all the stupid, hateful, selfish things in his nasty-gram. I'm thankful for her rising to the occasion, but fearful for her safety now.
I fight the dual desires of saving my strength vs calling out reprehensible attitudes, behaviors, and "whataboutism."
I had to walk away from a table today when someone said "we need to listen to each other" I wanted to yell, NO WE F"IN DON'T. When someone says that they really mean, "listen to me, I don't want to hear your view". There is NO room for compromise of basic human decency. Ever. EVER. 1/2
Last summer I drove thru her district and she had the balls to put her name on a few big infrastructure projects - which everyone knows she voted against. She's as fake and a flip-flopper as ever there was.

Same.
We know. And his oath is meaningless. Will not watch, even knowing NPR and PBS will give most accurate coverage.
Yep. 67 and seeing SSDD. (Same S$it Different Day)
The basic wording of the amendment was written by Susan B Anthony, who died 119 years ago. And yet, here we are.
"Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex." 3/3
to certify that all the legal requirements were met. And, to be honest, I think they were *NOT* met. :( I don't know if Biden's exec order can bypass those requirements. It will undoubtedly go back to the courts. 2/x
In short, "it's complicated." For an amendment to be added, it needs to have enough states vote for it within a certain time period. This did not make that deadline, but enough states have ratified it overall - some past that deadline. From what I've read the Archivist needs 1/x
This is your Rochester impresario. OK, OK, so I only arranged ONE gig, but it was a lot of fun for you I think! :)
Borders. No question.
