ironically i think less so for older grenades which were less optimal for killing people

rho's better than me at this but a Fun Fact about grenade lethality is that it's mostly relatively small shrapnel and i am actually not sure most of that shit would make a radar dish *especially* sad, although it wouldn't exactly be good for it

my least rationalist opinion is that they are to some degree the same problem because whoever's taking shots on goal wrt serious AI risk of any kind is going to be drawn from whoever's in charge, either of the actual country or of the leading corporations, which is fundamentally political
