Early in your vegan journey open the notes app on your phone. List the documentaries you watch, starting with Conspiracy, Dominion and Seaspiracy. Download and link some slaughterhouse footage. You're now prepared whenever the moment is right for impromptu activism.
Existential philosophy teaches us that finding meaning can help us thrive. In veganism we only have to look into the eyes of those who don't want to die. Use that as your fuel. Regularly watch docs and save some images on your phone as reminders.
It's Monday Motivation time beautiful vegan people!
The dairy lobby can try to keep us at bay but we can be there for the animals by upping the demand for oat milk near and far.
You could save up to 300 animals per year - you got this! πͺ
It's #SelfCareSunday lovely vegan humans! Sometimes self care is about helping yourself access the resources already available to you. Here's your reminder to have that phone call, book that appointment, do that thing. Move closer to a refreshed, ready Monday, eager to fight for the animals!
It's actually easier than you think. There are so many great vegan foods out there now, and a vegan diet is so much healthier than a non-vegan diet.
As a new vegan you are a seedling. You need time, love, nourishment and space to grow your roots. Activism too early is ineffective and unsustainable. Grow your roots, then shoot for the sun. The animals are counting on you!
Just because it's hard doesn't mean it's wrong. Initial struggles as a vegan in a non vegan world is part of the package. Animals suffer a whole lot more.
Whenever someone consumes animal products they rell their subcontious that they have a right to another's whole life. A vegan majority would be a safer world for all.
Thanks for your reply, friend. That's not our intention at all. We aim to help people who may give up veganism due to the unique pressures we face as vegans in a non vegan world. Younger, newer or less self assured or tentative vegans sometimes need a little boost - and that's what we're here for π

You, as a vegan, deserve to walk into any situation with friends and family with pride and honesty. We want to help you learn how.
We think vegan is off-putting for good reason as absurd as that can sound βΊοΈ
Veganism is a statement, veganism is challenging to the status quo. This, imo is why often people look for off-ramps. We're here to help people stay firm. Brands can pick and choose, but the animals can't π
Be wary of the term 'plant based'. Plant based = an off ramp. Plant based = unclear ethics. Plant based = a dietary choice. Plant based does not = defending and promoting animal rights. It's early (or late) in a vegan journey to take off ramps when things get hard. The animals are counting on you.
We hear you friend! Good for you! There are some very good reasons why people may struggle to maintain veganism, though - living in a speciesist carnist world can be difficult for all of us. That's why we're here for people who do struggle - because the animals need them to keep up the good fight!

Use the suffering of animals as your north star. All the awkward conversations, all the doubts, the searching for vegan products should all be accounted for. But the animals come first.
Beautiful vegan people! It's #SelfCareSunday!

The vegan activists who turn us vegan can be a little intimidating when we first start out. Don't let too high expectations of yourself threaten your veganism. Make it sustainable for yourself first, activism can come second. You got this π
It's #crufts time here in the U.K folks. Keep resharing and sharing posts exposing this festival of speciesism for what it is π
Difficult family meals, missing the taste of certain foods and cultural pressures are not good enough reasons to contribute to animal abuse. You have a whole community behind you. DM us for support.
Going vegan is the best decision youβll ever make. If you havenβt already, youβll eventually ask yourself why you didnβt do it sooner. The important thing is you got there, and thereβs a whole community of us that have your back.

Brace yourself as a new #vegan for new levels of mocking, threats and infantile behaviour thrown your way. It's your task to develop good self care, a thick skin and grit for the animals sake. This is the card dealt to vegans during this period of history.
Aaaah agreed π€ The main issue from our perspective is that plant based = lifestyle change on shaky ground. E.g - health issues = give up the plant based lifestyle. Veganism offers us cast iron ethics that are a lot harder to break longer term πͺ
Also - one of the main reasons for people reverting from their veganism is a (misplaced) health anxiety. So this post is aimed at those people - to help them SUSTAIN their veganism and educate themselves further π
Ah great point friend π We know that - but a lot of non vegans don't know the difference between plant based and vegan. If we can help bust the myths of plant based and turn people vegan for true, solid, ethical reasons then it's a win for the animals!
