DDOS = Distributed Denial Of Service.
It’s where bad actors flood a server with such a heavy volume of requests in a very short time so that the server is brought to its knees, resulting in the (good) users of the site having their requests delayed, chopped up perhaps, and generally discombobulated.

Apparently blue sky suffered DDOS attacks in recent days. That can account for glitches like this and/or timeouts while trying to download fresh content.

As a computer programmer retired from a 46 year plus career, I think this is absolutely outrageous. Given that the site that they built is so rat shit that they need to replace it immediately, any bid they put up should’ve gone to the bottom of the heap if not straight to the waste paper basket.
