The Vinyl design was one piece, but the etching was done by moving a sponge down the blade.

Salt Water Electro Etching.
It's the middle of the night, you are sleeping alone, you wake up to someone climbing in your bedroom window. You are about to be viciously attacked by a weirdo in a cape and evening wear. You can choose, are they;
A/ a classic vampire.
B/ a stage magician.
Which do you pick and why?
Weirdly enough "The Duke Of Fiddly" was one of my male stripper names back in the day.
I wish I had the foresight to make this thing put of one piece of 1/4" and then grind down the spikes. Welding on the 1/8" thick spikes is fiddly.
Ironically it's partner, also purchased in 2009, has been missing zero times.
You know, if I had a nickel for every time I had to leave this clamp soaking in vinegar for days (followed by oil) because I found it buried in the dirt over a year after I thought it had disappeared forever, I'd have two nickels, which isn't a lot but it's weird it happened twice.
Picked up a chest for my work clothes at the restore for like $40, it has this nifty tray thingy I needed to fix but it's cool cause it can hold all my belt/pocket nonsense as I swap pants/shorts/kilt etc during this undecisive weather.

LEG LICKING SEASON IS HERE
So long no.14 you had a good run!
Cutting out some circles using a scrap of plywood.
Cleaning up these spikes for the sword! They aren't dangerous for the person trying to hold the sword at all!
The blank for the latest sword. I always look grumpy when wrestling with self timer options on cameras/phones.
I had a regular router with a die grinder bit mounted, but a die grinder bit is NOT an end mill, so the results were meh. In the past I've made rigs for the pencil grinder that mount bit 45 degrees to the surface, and they work ok but are slooooooooow.
I have a habit of just making whatever tool it is I need, does anyone know if this thing actually exists in a form you can buy? It's a router type set up but for angle grinders, for taking out a channel of a uniform depth.
He need a kilt.
A big thank you to Cam LeWren for sending me a spare Utilikilt he had, it will come in handy once it gets hot. Also I will try to be better about posting here I often forget. Patreon Livestream today at 1:00pm Central Time.
Am I the crazy person? The way I do puzzles drives the people who love me insane. I don't spill out the pieces. I remove them from the box one by one, stare at them hard while looking at the box, and then place them, unconnected to other pieces, in the imagined empty grid. They eventually connect.
I do love me some Venture Brothers.
Date Night Miniature Painting.
It's Hwangs sword "Phantom" from the first Soul Edge game. Was hard to make. youtu.be/Kn33L5QT0GU
Not really, there's a game I made on a print on demand site but because it's POD its spendy www.thegamecrafter.com/games/skein my favorite game I ever made is a scifi dungeon crawl thing called "Murdernauts", the schtick is the schtick is the players only have 1 irl hr to beat it, but it needs work.
Yes that was me! Which version did you play? I tinkered with it during the pandemic imgur.com/gallery/CW8G... as for other games, I mostly do table top roleplay game type stuff.
I made a throwing star thingy from a saw blade to be F E S T I V E youtu.be/Gt8Uibsh28w
I can't remember if I ever posted this here before so here's me doing it again I guess!
I mean, at least it's slow.
