Still liquid aqua faba in a steel bowl being whipped with a bright red hand mixer.

Steel bowl now half filled with nice, fluffy, whipped creamy substance, obviously holding some of its shape.

Square-ish airfryer container in airfryer basked, almost filled with seemingly nicely risen, baked aqua faba cream.

A hand holding a cookie-sized meringue, minus one bite. The meringue is in focus, the hand somewhat less, the background wooden table is out of focus.

Finally, #vegan meringue from aqua faba, so without the suffering and blood of chicken on our hands.

The big one didn't succeed yet but the smaller ones are perfect!

The best result until now was created using a cast iron pan on the not-so-hot side of a stove.

Oh wow. I saw it mentioned a few times and somehow I kept avoiding it until I heard Raffaela Raab (Die Militante Veganerin) saying that after she spontaneously drew the parallel and got wrecked for it, she read Eternal Treblinka in one night and it radicalized her literally overnight.

Just--finally--finished reading "Eternal Treblinka: Our Treatment of Animals and the Holocaust" by Charles Patterson.

Especially Part II: Master Species, Master Race, was a very tough read for me. Nonetheless, an essential work to read.

The #GuileEmacs package has been updated in #GNU #Guix.  After a decade of slumber, @lispwitch has revived its development.  Guile-Emacs has been rebased on latest #Emacs master and uses the "wip-elisp-rebased" branch of #guile.
