Our little cat, Eesa went to sleep 2 weeks ago, she'd had enough. Last week, 5 days ago, little Panther came to us from Cats Protection. He's gorgeous and whilst he's a little high maintenance at the moment, we are already madly in love with him
Went to see my Mum yesterday, hadn't seen her for a week or 2.
She doesn't know about my heart condition, I ain't telling her.
But I needed to see her.
I rarely think to have a photo together, but I felt compelled to yesterday.
I suspect this will be more valuable to me, one day.

In late February, I decided to get fitter and started running, eating healthier etc.
After a recent heart CT, I've been diagnosed with Coronary Artery disease.
No more booze, healthy food only and lots of run/walking now.
There's literally no other option now.

To document my fitness journey, I've reluctantly and cringing, done some photos of myself, no shirt.
I can monitor progress and changes during the process.
Problem is - they always look like someone quoted as saying "it wasn't me who done them murders guv", when their photos are found post-arrest.
Doing couch to 5k.
Harder to shift the belly than it used to be.
Damn the ageing process.
