It helps me mentally. I really enjoy the endorphin hits I get from getting a good sweat in. Im addicted to it. I do two rests days of just cardio/core. Those days I sit in a hot tub and sauna. High intensity the other days. I’m still figuring how far I want to take it. Down 60 lbs now.
Wow! A whole year has passed since I’ve been going to the gym. Super confident in this year taking me to new heights! Let’s go 2026!

Fitness journey continues — personal best today on the treadmill. Averaging around 1 mile every 10 mins. Endurance is getting better but not sure if my knees can take the beating 😭
