I love the Kingdom Hearts games. Characters, story, gameplay many of the levels and locations, the music, etc.
But one thing Kingdom Hearts doesn't have is pacing.
Not like the pacing is bad, it's just not there at all.

I love when a show will come out of nowhere and give a 10/10 episode in the middle of nowhere. Episode 6 of Devil May Cry (2025) is one of those episodes. Just wow.

If you love Alien Isolation then you'll enjoy the novel by
Keith R. A. DeCandido. It's not a 1:1 adaptation of the game which may disappoint some people. The book is 1/2 Amanda's story pre-Isolation and 1/2 the events of Isolation in writing. It's lose with the game events but is still great.

Alien³ The Assembly Cut is my favourite Alien movie. Not a popular opinion but so much about the film resonates with me. The story, characters, symbolism, themes, etc.
