Schools banning smartphones won't solve anything, the kids will just bring in Panini sticker albums of their favourite deadly ticktocks and misogynists rants.

“Feud with the Pope” is BACK as a likely Wikipedia section heading after a 400-year gap.
It was so good. I remember taping all the Friday night repeats c. 1992 I think and just watching them over and over.
I heard about this as a cutting read out on The News Quiz.
Split screen on the news. Guy on the left is exactly in line with the jacket of the guy on the right.
I like how this guy’s jacket changes colour when he goes through the news portal
Currently reading a Stephen King book called Holly but have only just started it.
Last couple of books were autobiographies, Kathy Burke and Ben Elton, which are both well worth a read, oh and Mommie Dearest which I found in a charity shop by Joan Crawford's daughter Christina. Very dramatic!
Actress Jenny Colgan, jauntily holding up a pot of carpet fragrance powder Shake N Vac while singing a song about how easy it is to use, in an advert for said product. She is a white woman with short blonde hair and red nail varnish, wearing a salmon pink blouse.
Jenny Colgan playing the lead officer of a brutal Stasi-like enforcement unit, in a dystopian 2012 Britain where women rule, men are forced to wear dresses, the all-female police force wears black PVC hotpants and jackboots, and this is definitely not Ronnie Barker committing his sexual fantasies to television. Definitely not.
I was surprised to learn that the lady from the Shake N Vac ads - presumably because her fresh and fragrant carpets went so unappreciated by the men in her life - went on to become the leader of the vicious LadyGestapo in The Two Ronnies serial “The Worm That Turned"

Sculpture of a person's head
The sculpture from the video for 'Hello' by Lionel Richie is now on permanent display in Dublin:
Superb title.
Well nothing too highbrow but I often have a couple of different books on the go as I mainly enjoy autobiographies and novels. But time is the main issue these days especially as I'm now also a carer for my dad with dementia. And obviously work. But on holiday I probably read 3 or 4 books in a week.
I need to read more books.
