Nergigante is one my favorite monsters, maybe my favorite elder dragon, and I wanted to think of variant / deviant of it.
Maybe one where it feasted on so many different elder dragons, its spine growth is out of control-- or a hunter injured it, but it survived, and healed back savagely.
