I must've spooked my landlady: The poor guy she was going to send Wed came tonight, fresh back from PA. When he opened the bathroom door... nothing. No rat. I assume he found another way out. The workman did some spraying & IDed points of entry: he'll be back Wed regardless.

BIZARRE: When I contacted the landlady's son he seemed fixated on our bathroom door, w/which we have no problem, to the pt that I said, "Rat 1st; door 2nd." The guy who he dispatched is STILL talking about the bathroom door. Unless they mean removing the rat behind it, their priorities are fucked.
