We also stacked my CEO’s group with well-known community members and brought in a film crew to follow them. I’ve always wanted behind the scenes content that shows the ridiculous and fun conversations you never see.

I took a risk at Laracon this year and turned our "Day 0" into a golf tournament for 150 engineers and sponsors. Most had never golfed, so we set up alternate games on some holes to keep it fun and make it more Laravelian.

Yeah, I think we can make that happen - passing to the team

Hard to quantify, but the impact is definitely massive

- jump on support tickets
- volunteer for double shifts at conference booths
- give feedback without the snark
- want roadmap requests from sales & marketing
- talk to people online & offline not just for feedback but to build a welcoming Community
- And the CEO leads by example
