glad you brought this up! i did include name misspellings with a technique called fuzzy matching, and i tried to include nicknames that i noticed coming up consistently, but only when i thought they would yield accurate results. #bb27 #bbsky
ultimately, i think i did my best to handle it, but i have wondered if he was underrepresented in my analysis.
Will was tricky bc with NLP it isn't easy to differentiate "Will" as a name/proper noun from the verb "will" in social media posts which don't often follow rules of grammar or capitalization. i had special handling for Will, different from how i identified other hgs, after much trial and error.
fair point. i actually did include mentions of "Cliff" and "Cliffton" (as well as misspellings and nicknames for all hgs) in my analysis for Will, but i don't know that people actually called him that too often! #bb27 #bbsky

A whopping 3 houseguests have been evicted since the last analysis. However, I included Keanu this week since he was in the game for part of the week. Keanu’s score was almost perfectly neutral, and the remaining houseguests all had higher sentiment scores than last week.
