ในที่สุดก็เก็บมังงะโยฮาจิครบซะที เหลือแค่หาเวลาว่างมาอ่านรวดเดียวพร้อมกับดูอนิเมะไปด้วย แค่คิดมันก็ฟินแล้ว✨

วันนี้เอาวิธีดูแลร่างกายสำหรับนักวาดมาฝากทุกคนกัน อย่างที่รู้ว่าโดยทั่วไปเราควรออกกำลังกายวันละอย่างน้อย20นาที และควรทำทั้งcardio strength สลับกับยืดหยุ่นร่างกาย ท่าไหว้พระอาทิตเลยเป็นท่าที่เราไว้สำหรับcardioเสมอ (เพราะไม่ค่อยรุนแรง) ตื่นมาทำตอนเช้าสักสามรอบก็จะทำให้กล้ามเนื้อได้ทำงานหลังจากอยู่นิ่งมาทั้งคืน ทำก่อนนอนก็จะช่วยผ่อนคลายกล้ามเนื้อ
