Davy Jones is probably a still out there in the Descendants World... Sailing the seas, wondering if he'll ever see Vanessa(Ursula) ever again... After his bitter defeat at the hands of Captian Jack Sparrow, he sought love in Vanessa, now he thinks she abandoned him too... +

Aesthetic, and I don't think it's just because she's friends with Harry, Captain Hook's son, or that its just because her Mother is derived from the ocean... Ursula could very well have tempted Davy Jones long ago in her 'guise as Vanessa, got pregnant, was imprisoned at The Isle, and had Uma. +

... That power is derived from Poseidon himself. Which Poseidon is Hades' brother. So it makes sense that it would restore the Ember's power...
